1. Services

Mobile Notary by Kathleen Webber provides mobile notarial services in accordance with California notary law. We do not provide legal advice, legal review, or document preparation.

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring documents are complete (no blank spaces)

• Providing valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification

• Confirming all required signers are present

2. Mobile Notary Appointments

Appointments are confirmed only after communication via phone, text, or email.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because mobile notary services require travel time and scheduling blocks:

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule

• Last-minute cancellations may be charged the applicable travel fee

• If the signer is unavailable, lacks valid ID, or documents are incomplete, a travel fee may still apply

3. Payments

Accepted payments include:

• Zelle

• Cash (if approved)

• Other options as previously agreed

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Travel & Fees

Travel fees vary based on distance, time of day, and appointment type.
All pricing is listed publicly on our website. Additional fees may apply for:

• Parking

• Wait time

• Extended appointments

• Unplanned travel

• After-hours requests

5. No Legal Advice

A notary public is not an attorney.
We cannot:

• Explain documents

• Advise on legal validity

• Recommend which type of notarization is required
